Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 August 2026
DRAFT. Plain-language starting draft for the company's own attorney to review. Not legal advice. It describes what this site does today: it is a single static page with no forms, no accounts, no payments and no analytics. If any of that changes, this document has to change with it.
1. Short version
This site does not collect anything about you. There is no contact form, no login, no shopping cart, no analytics and no advertising or tracking code. The only way to reach us from this site is a plain email link, and that opens your own email program.
2. What we do not collect
- We set no cookies of our own, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- We run no analytics, no pixels and no advertising tags.
- We do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share personal information with anyone.
3. What our host records
The site is served by [PLACEHOLDER: hosting provider, expected to be Cloudflare Pages]. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These are used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify visitors. See the host's own privacy policy for how long they are kept.
4. Fonts
Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives the request, including your IP address. Google's privacy policy governs that. We receive nothing from it.
5. If you email us
If you write to the address published on this site, we will hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with what you wrote about, and for our own business records afterwards. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because this site collects nothing automatically, in practice that means any email you have sent us. Write to [PLACEHOLDER: privacy contact email] and we will respond within the time your local law requires.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
If this site later adds a contact form, analytics, or anything else that handles personal information, this policy will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
9. Contact
[PLACEHOLDER: privacy contact email and, if a postal address is legally required, the registered address].
